Recipe of the Week - November 17, 2009

Chicken Courdon Bleu Sandwiches

No, this ain't no trip to France, and it ain't fancy, and it won't make you feel all hawty tawty either. But, it is easy and delicious.

Ingredients
Chicken Breasts
Olive Oil
Onions
Mushrooms
Honey Mustard Dressing
Mayo
Black Pepper
Swiss Cheese
Whole Wheat Bread

Directions
1. Brown cubed chicken breasts in a pan with some olive oil.

Run While You Can....

Last tuesday Chris Brandt and I ran the Sheyenne trails. Beautiful day and a good friend to share the run with. For those of you that don't know we do have some wonderful scenic trails close to home. The Sheyenne trails are located about 38 miles south of Fargo, just a few miles south of Kindred. You run well groomed trails through grasslands which allows farmers to graze their cattle on Federal land. Recipe of the Week - November 10, 2009

How 'bout a soup recipe?

Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients
Wild Rice (or any kind of soup)
Onion
Garlic
Butter
Flour
Chicken Stock
Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Potatoes
Carrots
Can of Corn
Fat Free Half and Half
Black Pepper
