Beyond Running

I am returning to running...okay...plodding at this point..I have run one marathon...am an avid cyclist..and am starting my training for the Fargo, half marathon in May 2010. Is anyone available to run during the week mid-morning? I have a great aerobic base but am working on getting 'pavement' tough. Or any suggestions about training groups or training in general is greatly appreciated! Thank You!

I'm not really new to running, but during a few of my college years I took quite a bit of a break....gettin back into it pretty hard though, I've been looking for a group to run with once and a while, just to break up the boredom of training alone everyday...I saw that there was a Tuesday and Thursday night run...not sure if they still do that or not though...I think I'm going to check it out this Tuesday...

Thanks Ben...I will check it out...it is hard to run alone all the time...and it is just as difficult to find people who run at the same pace. I think I will check out the organized groups in town. Thanks! ~Carolyn
