Hey peeps - don't forget, long run tomorrow leaves from Concordia at 7am. Sounds like it's going to be nice, 20 degrees or so. Tropical! See you in the morning!

NICE! I would much rather run inside than out in the am. I'm not much for getting up to run in the cold.

Hey Gang! We'll meet at Concordia again tomorrow morning. There will be an outdoor route if you wish to run outside. The indoor route is set -- around in circles! See you tomorrow.
