I'll try the roller. I'm trying to avoid PT if I can. But I am asking everyone I know and getting lots of advice. Hopefully I'll be back in action before the end of June. Then I'll see you guys Thursday nights for the group run. I have that night cleared through the summer...Yeah!!
My ITB has turned out to be a hamstring strain/sprain whatever. I haven't been on a good run since April. Have you ever had a hamstring injury? Any idea on how long this will take to heal? I want to go on some of the group runs, but I still am unable to run without pain. :-(
Eric, what was the speed workout from last night? I'd like to get out on Sat. and complete it as I'll be able to make the next few sessions over the next few weeks.
Would like to take you out to the route we ran last night and get your thoughts on how best to use it as a training tool in preparation for a marathon.
